Tomorrow (4/30) at 1:00 PM in Massachusetts State House Room A-2, the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development will hold a hearing on legislation filed in response to the Janus Supreme Court decision (H.1596/S.1043).
This legislation (H.1596/S.1043) represents meaningful steps toward protecting the rights of unions and workers post Janus. Click here for a fact sheet on this legislation, which was prepared by the Massachusetts AFL-CIO.
