Local 589 President Jim Evers joined Governor Maura Healey, MBTA GM Phil Eng, and other elected leaders at today’s St. Patrick’s Day breakfast, hosted by Sen. Nick Collins, where they fittingly sang “Charlie on the M.T.A.”
