CARMEN'S UNION ANNOUNCES 2007 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

5/3/07 - Danny Burton, Assistant Secretary of Carmen's Union 589 announced today that the following people have been awarded the 2007 Boston Carmen's Union Scholarships for $1000. The Carmen offered their congratulations on the dedication and hard work that they have exhibited throughout their high school years and we wish them the very best in their college pursuits.

The winners are:

• Eric Campbell - He is the son of brother George Campbell who works at Cabot Shops.

• Scott Crowell - He is the son of brother Richard Crowell who works at Cabot Shops.

• Brian Crowley - He is the son of brother Jim Crowley who retired from Reservoir Carhouse.

• Brendon Hanlon - He is the son of brother Paul Hanlon who works at Wellington Shops.

• Stephen Hughes - He is the son of brother Stephen Hughes who works on the Red Line.

• Barry Norton - He is the son of brother Barry Norton who works at Reservoir Carhouse.
