Mike was hired on the T in July of 1990 on the Orange Line. He has also worked for a short time on the Red Line and 3 ratings in Revenue before going back to the Orange Line where he was elected in 1997 as the Barn Captain. He was then elected Delegate of Rapid Transit and Revenue in 2002. Mike was elected Financial Secretary-Treasurer in 2006. 

He is a delegate to the Greater Boston Labor Council and the New England Joint Conference of Unions. 

He lives in Peabody, MA with his lovely wife, Stephanie and their four children.
